The entrance to Oaks on Collins is just before you get to the outdoor eating area.If you use a walking stick or walking frame you can use side doors that are positioned both sides of a revolving door.If you are using a manual / motorised wheelchair or scooter you will need to proceed past the outdoor eating area to an entrance that leads you to/through a cafe to a manual lift. Proceed onto the lift and press the button that indicates up. You will need to keep your finger/s on the button until you reach level one. The restaurant and conference rooms are on level one. The conference rooms doors are a bit stiff but you can push or pull to open them. The food court/restaurant is open Mon/fFriday but for out of hours access to the manual lift you will need to contact them and advise them of your requirements , front desk staff will assist. Counter is a bit high but staff are extremely helpful and courteous. A long wheel base scooter may find the manual lift difficult but again contact front desk and discuss your needs with staff. You can move around furniture comfortably.
